Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of software engineering and AI/ML development, incl. 5+ years in Generative AI/Agentic AI.
• Proven experience with Python, Java, cloud services, CI/CD/DevOps in enterprise environments.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high availability architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems using Python and Java for enterprise apps.
• Design intelligent agentic systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using parameter-efficient methods and full fine-tuning.
• Experiment with advanced GenAI methods like prompt engineering and RAG.
• Own deployment pipelines using CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes on cloud platforms.
• Apply SQL and NoSQL database expertise for AI data storage and performance.
• Establish engineering best practices, patterns, and tooling for full-stack AI development.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and promote adoption of innovations.
• Ensure ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers in Python, Java, cloud tech, and CI/CD practices.
