Job summary

FullStack is looking to hire an Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) to join our team. You'll work with one of our product teams to build and deliver AI-enabled software for clients across the Americas.

You’ll contribute across frontend, backend and infrastructure, design AI-first workflows, and ensure high-quality, production-ready outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development, a four-year college degree, advanced English, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development with full-stack expertise.
Deep experience using Google Antigravity as a primary development environment.
Experience delivering production software with AI-generated implementation.
Strong context engineering skills for reliable AI output.
Ability to translate product requirements into AI-friendly specifications.
Experience designing AI-first workflows from specification through deployment.
Risk-aware, human-in-the-loop reviews for high-stakes systems.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree completed.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams to build AI-driven features.
Coordinate AI-driven implementation across multi-file systems with architectural oversight.
Deliver production software with AI-generated code and robust validation.
Design AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
