Job summary

TTEC Digital in Austin leads AI transformation for client experiences with Gemini Enterprise CX. The Agentic AI Architect will design sophisticated multi-agent systems, govern ADK projects, and ensure robust integration with backend data through REST/SOAP APIs.

You will guide the Google delivery practice, set technical standards, and mentor teams in CI/CD, testing, and prompt engineering to reduce hallucinations while delivering scalable agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall architect experience.
• 4+ years with Dialogflow CX and 2+ years with Google Cloud CCAI/CES.
• Deep knowledge of Gemini AI and Enterprise CX grounding techniques.
• Experience in large, multi-site contact center implementations.
• Ability to write design documents (SDD/TDD) for IVA and Agentic apps.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Google certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agentic Strategy designing AI Self-Service for large centers.
• Architect autonomous workflows using ReAct to meet client needs.
• Serve as the lead architect for Gemini Enterprise projects and ADK.
• Integrate agents with backend systems via REST/SOAP; ensure real-time data access.
• Drive testing, prompt engineering, and mitigation of hallucinations.
