Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design, delivery, and operationalization of enterprise AI solutions. You will define scalable architectures for AI/ML applications, including RAG, agentic workflows, andClaude-powered implementations, connecting to enterprise data and APIs.

Travel to client sites is expected. The role combines hands-on engineering with architecture leadership, requiring Python, SQL, cloud services, and modern ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field required.
• 10+ years in AI/ML software, data engineering, or automation to enterprise use cases.
• Experience architecting AI/LLM solutions, RAG, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise use cases.
• Design end-to-end data ingestion, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
• Lead exploration, proofs-of-concept, and client demonstrations for AI solutions.
• Develop agentic AI workflows that integrate with ServiceNow and enterprise data sources.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, safety, and governance across projects.
