State Farm is seeking an Agent's Assistant to join Dimitri Kondos - State Farm Agent in Portland, OR. This full-time role supports office operations and customer experiences, building relationships and handling inquiries about insurance products.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year plus benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, signing bonus, and paid time off; licensing support and career growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.

As Agent's Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dimitri Kondos - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
