The Atlantic District in Windham, CT is seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent. You will conduct thorough consultations to identify gaps in coverage for individuals and families, and craft personalized recommendations that fit their needs in the Windham area.

You will guide clients through the claims process, develop lasting relationships in the community, and collaborate with the team to refine service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Property and Casualty license.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Clear and empathetic communication style, both in person and over the phone.
