Identify and engage with local families and businesses to understand their unique protection needs.
Develop customized insurance solutions that offer genuine peace of mind.
Provide clear explanations of coverage options to help clients make informed decisions.
Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of policyholders by staying in regular contact.
Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements with high attention to detail.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to resolve coverage questions and ensure smooth service.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance policy structures.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
Valid driver's license for occasional local client visits.
Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and follow-ups.
