A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Guest Service Agent to enhance the guest experience at their RV Park. The role involves managing check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring a welcoming environment. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and previous front desk experience. This position offers competitive hourly pay and a shift differential for late-night hours.
The Guest Service Agent will help create a positive guest experience by determining the individual needs of the RV Park guests. This is done through top-quality handling of telephone calls, answering questions about the Jackson Rancheria, booking reservations, processing payments, mailing documents, and other daily office duties. The Guest Service Agent represents the RV Park to guests throughout all stages of contact.

Pay range: $18.00 - $23.40 per hour
Shift Differential: Non-exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
