New York Life is seeking a Service Representative to onboard new agents and oversee contracting, ensuring readiness to sell and smooth operations for our Partners. You will help turning candidates into onboarded agents, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, organization, and proactive problem solving. Four days in the office and one day remote, with a competitive base salary and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or office administration.
• Clear, professional communication (phone and email).
• Meticulous data entry and document review; audit-ready attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize and meet SLAs.
• Discretion with sensitive information; compliance-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in the contracting system to advance contracts along in the process.
• Track background-check and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; escalated issues as needed.
• Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps.
• Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions.
• Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly.
• Assist with in-person administrative responsibilities to support the Managing Partner within the General Office.
