Job summary

Senior Services of North America, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist/Agent Recruiter in Melville, NY. You will contract with health carriers, process contracts, and collaborate with agents, sales teams, and internal departments to build strong working relationships.

Attention to detail is essential for data entry and ensuring enrollment accuracy, while continuously learning new marketing strategies to grow the business and support agents in a fast-paced Medicare health market.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience background preferred.
• Recruitment and/or sales background preferred.
• Strong Initiative/self-starter.
• Work well as a member of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft office, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage agents: actively seek out new agents to join the team and engage existing ones to foster a positive working relationship.
• Business growth: work closely with agents to help them grow their business with SSNA.
• Team collaboration: collaborate effectively with a close-knit team of mentors within the department to achieve common goals.
