Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in New York to be the first point of contact for our real estate agents. You will guide onboarding, train on our tools, support marketing requests, and champion exceptional service.

You will manage a portfolio of high-touch agents, deliver 1:1 training, collaborate with onboarding and marketing teams, and mentor junior staff while fostering a positive, change-ready culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service or operations.
• Experience in real estate a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch agents as their day-to-day contact.
• Provide 1:1 training and strategic recommendations to promote Compass technology.
• Support marketing requests and create listing collateral; liaise with marketing for complex needs.
• Partner with Onboarding to welcome new customers and ensure smooth setup.
• Collaborate across teams on office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/ M&A activity.
