Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, sales distribution, or insurance-related field.
• Agent licensing experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to learn technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new agent contracting and appointment requests per policy.
• Confirm licensing and required documents; submit background checks.
• Process appointments, assign agent numbers, and distribute approvals.
• Process agent contract exchange requests per guidelines.
• Maintain licensing records via system reports and updates.
• Handle terminations by updating records and notifying states.
• Create and maintain agent commission records.
• Process annual appointment renewals per state guidelines.
• Review new business with inaccurate agent data and correct it.
• Communicate with agents, managers, clients, and carriers to obtain missing information.
• Distribute manager agreements for signature.
• Access and disclose data in compliance with policy and law.
