Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to drive email campaigns and support agent engagement across marketing channels. You will develop and execute email communications, maintain agent resources, and ensure content accuracy across platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage social media content for agent audiences, and analyze performance to optimize outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; internship or academic project experience in email marketing or social media is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building/formatting emails in an ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience scheduling and posting to social media platforms (organic content, community management) is a plus.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Insurance industry experience or familiarity with insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and format email campaigns from briefs and approved copy, with layout, design elements, links, personalization, and segmentation.
• Manage email QA, scheduling, deployment, and brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze email performance to inform future communications.
• Conduct A/B testing and apply learnings to improve performance.
• Manage agent-facing LinkedIn and Facebook pages and publish content per calendar.
