About the Role

The Agent Architect is a technical leader responsible for designing and building autonomous AI workflows(“agents”) that drive measurable ROI for clients. This role bridges the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring that AI demo environments and client trials are configured for maximum success.

Reports to: Director of Customer Success

In this role, you will focus on:
  • Agentic Flow Development: Build and maintain advanced agentic flows within demo and trial environments, such as Policy Agents, Damages Assistants, and Litigation Agents.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and success teams to conduct pre-trial \"Trial Objectives\" calls, identifying key workflows, prompts, and autonomous agents tailored to client needs.
  • Technical Implementation: Lead the configuration of AI prompt libraries and build autonomous workflows during the trial discovery and setup phase.
  • Guidance & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and other team members on building custom demo flows and updating demo orgs for new product releases.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Navigate complex permission issues, perform end-user testing, and provide ongoing technical support during trial check-ins to optimize for adoption.
  • Post-Rollout Customization: Lead additional workflow customizations and configurations following full rollout to ensure long‑term client retention and success.
  • Agentic Documentation & Training: Develop internal and external-facing AI and Agent documentation. Develop and deliver ongoing training to LSAP and Customer Success as a whole to ensure Agentic knowledge growth.
To be successful in this role, you have:
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform and Litify software.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred; Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist required.
  • 2+ years experience working on Salesforce Automations. Strong Flow knowledge with emphasis on record‑triggered flows, collections, loops, and working with and configuring 3rd‑party lightning components
  • Project Management experience; you have experience running complex projects, uphold stakeholder expectations, maintaining scope, time & budgetary constraints.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal. You are comfortable discussing complex technical topics to a wide variety of audiences. You have strong presentation skills and can effortlessly facilitate meetings and presentations
  • Ability to handle multiple customers & tasks simultaneously and providing lightning fast responses for AI/Agentic free trials.
Disclosure

This job is fully remote, with the exception of employees living in New York City and New Jersey. Our NYC/NJ employees adhere to our hybrid schedule, which involves working in our Manhattan office 6 days a month.

The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $110,000-$120,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
