Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking an Agent to provide concierge-level security at client locations and events, with responsibilities spanning residential, campus, event security, and response services. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and Texas security licenses, strong reporting, access control, CCTV, and calm decision-making under pressure. Travel may be required; equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• Texas DPS Level IV Commissioned Security Officer, Personal Protection Officer, and TX LTC and/or HR218 with annual firearm qualification, required.
• Concierge-level customer service knowledge.
• Able to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
• Access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring experience.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred.

• Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
• Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Oversee external campus drop off/pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols, as assigned.
• Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
• Transport the client to and from company location and/or events, as assigned.
• Secure the client’s residential perimeter and review CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms, as assigned.
• Identify and accelerate equipment deficiencies/failures.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Overview

The Agent may perform a variety of responsibilities based on the assignment to include concierge-level, residential, campus security, event security, response services, basic driving, and/or investigations. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
