Job summary

Pinkerton | Comprehensive Risk Management in Arlington, VA is seeking a security agent to provide concierge-level client service at client locations and events. You will deescalate situations, write detailed reports, and support emergency response and access control tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer license, experience in security or law enforcement, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Concierge-level customer service knowledge.
• Able to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
• Access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide the client with concierge-level security at the client location and/or events.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
• Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Oversee external campus drop off/pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols, as assigned.
• Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
• Transport the client to and from company location and/or events, as assigned.
• Secure the client’s residential perimeter and review CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms, as assigned.
• Identify and elevate equipment deficiencies/failures.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
