Job summary

Orion180 is seeking an Agency Services Manager to lead a growing service team and scale a shared‑services function supporting Independent Agents and Strategic Partners.

You will own onboarding, training, and ongoing process improvements, ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent service delivery across channels. Strong leadership and analytics are essential for driving performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance or agency support with leadership experience.
• Experience scaling a shared-services function.
• Strong onboarding, training, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Agency Services team with performance management and onboarding.
• Oversee a shared-services model for Independent Agents and Strategic Partners.
• Own agency onboarding, documentation, system access, and handoffs.
• Manage day-to-day service operations, intake workflows, and escalation paths.
• Design and implement scalable onboarding and service processes.
• Define service metrics, monitor quality, and drive improvements.
• Ensure data integrity in MY180 and CRM, with clear reporting.
