You will drive onboarding, process design, and service excellence while coordinating with Sales, Underwriting, and Product teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in insurance operations and proven leadership with a focus on analytics, data integrity, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

5+ years in insurance, agency support, or related function with leadership experience.
Education aligns with business, communications, operations, or related field.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Agency Services team, including performance management and onboarding.
Oversee shared services supporting Independent Agents and Strategic Partnerships.
Ensure timely onboarding, training, and handoffs for agency partners.
Manage day-to-day service operations, including intake workflows and SLAs.
Design and improve onboarding and service processes with cross-functional partners.
Define service metrics and monitor performance to improve turnaround times.
Maintain data integrity in MY180 and CRM systems for clear visibility.
Create and update training resources for internal and external partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Territory Managers, Operations, and others to resolve issues.
Serve as escalation point for complex agency matters with clear communication.
