Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or related field.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM or equivalent are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, project management tools (MS Project, Workfront) and basic financial tools (SAP).
• Multichannel production knowledge across print, video and digital.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.
• Financial aptitude and experience in campaign launch processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multichannel projects from concept to deployment, guiding direction and vision for brand verticals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with agencies, vendors and clients to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, execution and quality control, performing impact analyses and defining scopes of work.
• Provide leadership to junior team members and promote process optimization.
• Maintain organized files and participate in financial management and new business development.
