Job summary

Takeda in Lexington, MA is seeking an Associate Director - Technology & Business Excellence Lead to provide technology and business leadership to SMEs in high-throughput analytics, PAT, lab automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will serve as a matrix leader to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value technology targets to improve business KPIs in close collaboration with process development, analytical development, quality, compliance, digital, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of relevant industry or lab experience in analytical development or manufacturing.
Experience delivering new technologies such as PAT, lab automation and digital capabilities.
Post-graduate education in Business Analytics or MBA would be desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead identification, prioritization, and implementation of high-throughput analytics and digital capabilities.
Develop value capture matrices and governance for technology implementations.
Guide change management and ensure adoption with end-users and SMEs.
Support vendor selection and cross-site standardization.
Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies.
