Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2+ years in external-facing roles such as account/partner management, business development, or related functions.
• Experience owning KPIs, OKRs, revenue targets, or other measurable goals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with external partners.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision abilities.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and attention to detail.
• Experience with creator ecosystems, livestreaming, social platforms, or agency-based models.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships in fast-paced, platform-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Creator Networks and own performance across revenue, growth, and quality metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with agency partners by understanding their business models and growth opportunities.
• Lead regular business planning and reviews with partners to drive alignment and execution.
• Use dashboards and data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actions.
• Develop expertise in Creator Network operations and translate insights into coaching and guidance.
• Design incentive programs and partner enablement strategies to hit milestones.
• Deliver education and go-to-market support for platform programs and campaigns.
• Research industry best practices and convert findings into actionable recommendations and case studies.
• Establish and manage support processes for agency requests, including escalation and resolution tracking.
• Identify recurring pain points and develop SOPs or scalable solutions for efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and reporting.
