Job description

UpTk is the leading affiliate management platform for TikTok Shop brands. We help companies scale by automating creator outreach, affiliate onboarding, and performance tracking.

Our platform is built by TikTok Shop sellers, for TikTok Shop sellers — with features like CRM segmentation, invite flows, follow-up messaging, content automation, Spark Ads integration, and a GMV-based profit calculator.

We’re already powering $10M+ in monthly GMV for 100+ brands and agencies. Now, we’re hiring our first Partnerships & Success Manager to help us scale this to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As our Partnerships & Success Manager, you’ll wear two hats:

Your day-to-day will look like:

  • Identifying and onboarding new TikTok Shop agencies to UpTk
  • Running outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, referrals) to connect with qualified partners
  • Leading product demos, onboarding calls, and training sessions
  • Helping each agency activate, scale, and retain their brand clients using our tools
  • Building scalable systems for tracking agency performance and success
  • Collaborating with product and operations to improve our tools based on agency feedback
  • Owning KPIs like agency GMV growth, content output, and retention

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in partnerships, business development, customer success, or affiliate/influencer marketing
  • Proven experience signing or managing agencies or strategic B2B partners — ideally in the TikTok Shop, eCommerce, or creator economy space
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate workflows, and/or SaaS tools used by DTC brands
  • Strong grasp of B2B outreach, onboarding flows, and building relationships across the sales cycle
  • Comfortable leading demos and driving product adoption
  • Data-driven and able to track, report, and optimize key metrics
