NewsBreak is seeking an Agency Partner Manager, Scaled Growth to lead onboarding and activation of agency partners across the U.S. and international markets. You will identify advertisers, guide onboarding through first spend, and drive a scalable engagement model to increase activation and spend.

In this role you will advocate for the agency market internally, translate partner needs into product improvements, and transition successful accounts to Account Managers with a thorough handoff.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in ad sales, agency partnerships, or related roles on an ad platform.
• Experience with onboarding and scaling advertiser partnerships.
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Drive onboarding flow for new advertiser activations with agency partners.
• Identify advertisers, guide onboarding through first spend, and set scaling plans.
• Develop scalable engagement models to improve activation and spend.
• Translate agency needs into actionable product and cross-functional priorities.
• Transition successful accounts to Account Managers with thorough handoff.
• Represent agency market needs in cross-functional reviews.
