Job summary

Farmers Insurance – Scottsdale & Greater Phoenix is seeking motivated sales professionals to build a high-income insurance career with a path to agency ownership. This full-time, paid development opportunity includes leads, coaching, licensing assistance and access to modern CRM and sales technology.

First-year earnings are expected in the $65,000–$110,000+ range, with base pay, commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred; licensing assistance available.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems.
• Comfortable working with leads and making outbound calls.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in career advancement.
• Ability to work full-time in the Greater Phoenix area.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Life and Business insurance products.
• Follow up quickly and consistently with provided leads.
• Prospect for new customers through referrals, networking and community relationships.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify additional customer needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions.
• Build relationships with Realtors, mortgage professionals, auto dealers and local businesses.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process.
• Utilize CRM, automation and technology to increase sales productivity.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals.
• Develop the skills necessary to eventually lead and operate an insurance agency.
