Farmers Insurance - Scottsdale - Greater Phoenix is seeking driven individuals for a full-time development path toward owning an agency. You’ll receive leads, training, coaching, licensing help, and a proven sales system to accelerate your career in insurance sales.

Earn $65,000-$110,000+ in the first years while building toward agency ownership. This role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and leveraging technology to grow a sustainable business.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• License in Property & Casualty preferred; licensing assistance available.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset and coachable attitude.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Spanish-speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Life and Business insurance products.
• Follow up quickly and consistently with provided leads.
• Prospect for new customers through referrals, networking and community relationships.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify additional customer needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions.
• Build relationships with Realtors, mortgage professionals, auto dealers and local businesses.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process.
• Utilize CRM, automation and technology to increase sales productivity.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals.
• Develop the skills necessary to eventually lead and operate an insurance agency.

Farmers Insurance - Scottsdale & Greater Phoenix is looking for driven, competitive individuals interested in building a high-income insurance career with the opportunity to ultimately own and operate their own Farmers Insurance agency.

This is a full-time, paid development opportunity where you'll work alongside a successful Farmers Insurance Agency Owner while learning how to sell, generate new business, build client relationships, use modern sales technology, and operate a successful insurance agency.

You’ll receive leads, hands-on training, coaching, licensing assistance, proven sales systems, and District Office support to help you accelerate your development.

For qualified candidates, this position can lead to the opportunity to own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency.
