Agency Launch Bonus

• The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency.

Marketing Reimbursement

• Paid to Agency Owner
• First 36 months – measured quarterly
• Starts in year 3 (month 25)

Strong Support Throughout the Process - Start with a solid foundation: Our EA model is designed to serve members' needs, with careful candidate selection, location placement, and comprehensive support to develop a sustainable and profitable agency. We provide detailed deployment plans, in-person and virtual training, and resources for staff, financial management, and business development. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant experience and sufficient capital to meet service standards. You will sell property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Agency Owner Requirements:

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred but not required; if not, willing to obtain at your expense)
• Completion of Business Plan/Cash Flow Analysis (with AAA guidance)
• 4-week virtual training with live instruction
• Approved AAA-branded office space
• $75K proof of investable capital (seasoned for 60 days)
• Ability to pass background, criminal, and financial checks
• Two licensed staff members

• AAA Memberships for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles, offering roadside assistance and discounts
• Property & Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Commercial Lines, with access to brokered products from top carriers
• Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities, with AAA Life Insurance Company rated A- by A.M. Best
