Agency Launch Bonus

• The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency.

Marketing Reimbursement

• First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis

Strong Support Throughout the Process - Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve our members' needs. We use data and research to guide our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We assist EAs in launching and developing their agencies into sustainable, profitable businesses. Our onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan, comprehensive education (including in-person and virtual training on business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems), and ongoing resources to help you grow, manage financials, develop business plans, and connect with experienced EAs and business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have business or industry-relevant experience and sufficient capital to deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You will own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a loyal client base.

Agency Owner Requirements:

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required. If not licensed, you must be willing to obtain them at your expense.
• Review and complete the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance).
• Complete a 4-week virtual training/live instructor class as part of learning & development.
• Have an approved AAA-branded office space.
• Proof of $75K investable capital (not a franchise fee); funds must be seasoned for 60 days.
• Pass background checks—criminal and financial.
• Have 2 licensed staff members in property and casualty insurance.

Products include:

• AAA Membership – offering programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles, with access to roadside assistance and savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rentals, travel, and auto care.
• Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines, with brokered products from multiple carriers.
• Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities, with AAA Life Insurance Company holding an A- rating by A.M. Best.
