Texas Mutual is seeking an Agency Operations Specialist to join our centralized Agency Operations team in a role focused on data integrity, licensing workflows, and agency management processes. The Agency Operations Specialist is a key member of the centralized Agency Operations team, helping ensure the programs, processes, and day-to-day operations that support Texas Mutual’s agency insurance distribution network run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
This role serves as a trusted operational resource across a broad range of agency management activities, including data integrity, compensation and licensing workflows, agency onboarding and segmentation, agency management systems, events, and field support. By coordinating details, maintaining accurate information, and keeping critical processes moving forward, the Agency Operations Specialist helps create a seamless experience for internal and agency partners.
Working with the Agency Operations Consultant and partners, you will help strengthen operational consistency, build team capacity, maintain continuity, and reduce risk. The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range: $37.02 - $45.73 Per Hour
Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
