Responsible for strategically identifying and gaining national agent relationships to expand share in key markets. This role is charged with expanding our agent footprint and developing a quality client base in our title insurance and underwriting segment. This role requires a strong background within the industry and is adept at solving customer needs with a consultative sales approach by leveraging our full suite of offerings and client solutions. Excels at net-new business development and discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers.

What You'll Do:
  • Demonstrates successful selling of business process solutions and services.
  • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.
  • Applies diplomacy and tact.
  • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions.
  • Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, LinkedIn.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven capabilities in growing relationships at the senior executive and C-Suite level for a national client base.
  • 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience with underwriting organizations on a national level in key growth markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities, close new business, and gain share across markets.
  • Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility; presenting ideas to create value and challenge the status quo; and reacting and modifying approach in front of clients and influencers.
  • Consistently achieves and exceeds growth targets, targeting activity in line with strategic plans.
  • Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships leading to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing clients.
  • Monitors market trends, demonstrates industry understanding, and provides superior solutions.
  • Communicates proactively and responds promptly to clients.
  • Identifies client needs and develops, presents, and implements plans to meet them.
  • Active in industry associations, functions, and networking events.
  • Creates, adapts, and delivers presentations to target audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • 10+ years of related experience, with a proven sales record at senior levels in the title insurance industry.

Monthly commissions in addition to the annual base salary pay range: $75,000 - $100,000 USD annually.

This hiring range is an estimate at the time of posting. Pay depends on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and location.
