Pineville Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in Pineville, NC. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in North Carolina (NC)
• Experience as Director of Nursing or in a senior nursing leadership role
• Long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage clinical operations, and drive quality outcomes

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all nursing services within the facility
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, including Unit Managers, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvement initiatives
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Promote survey readiness and maintain clinical compliance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
