Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a maintenance schedule for agency vehicles.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance across offices.
  • Arrange deep cleaning of agency vehicles as needed.
  • Maintain vehicle registrations and safety kits/equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance issues and fleet-related communications.
  • Maintain I-Pass account and fleet logs/binders.
  • Track maintenance and usage logs; update calendar of fleet activity.
  • Uphold confidentiality and participate in CQI initiatives.

Job description

Youth Service Bureau is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and dependable individual with strong communication skills who can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Prior office experience.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Self-directed and Self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily.
  • Computer knowledge including proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel
  • Sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences of individuals and families in groups outside one's own.

Summary: This position is based out of the Aurora office and will cover the management and coordination of all aspects of the agency fleet.

I. Duties
  • Maintain a maintenance schedule for agency vehicles.
  • Responsible for taking all agency vehicles in all offices to scheduled maintenance appointments.
  • Responsible for scheduling deep cleaning on all agency vehicles as necessary.
  • Maintain current registration information for all agency vehicles.
  • Maintain all safety kits and equipment in all agency vehicles.
  • Coordinating contact for all maintenance issues with agency fleet vehicles including but not limited to accidents, damage, maintenance, reservations etc.
  • Maintain agency I-Pass account.
  • Maintain all agency vehicle logs and vehicle information binders.
  • Maintain maintenance and usage logs on all agency vehicles.
  • Maintain a scheduling calendar of all agency vehicles in all offices.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize duties appropriately.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information heard, seen and discussed in the agency.
  • Assist in quality improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain friendly and cooperative during all working conditions.
  • Notify Supervisor and Fiscal Department of any irregularities in daily duties.
  • Display a neat, clean, professional appearance.
II. Other Duties
  • Actively participates in YSBIV's continuous quality improvement program (CQI).
