You will serve as a Child Family Team Meeting Facilitator for the Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley, coordinating CFTMs to establish strong permanency plans for clients. Meetings occur remotely via Teams/Zoom, with multiple sessions daily.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and experience with Child Welfare/licensure processes, plus strong communication, organization, and cultural sensitivity. You will support program goals and maintain confidentiality.
In coordination with the Family Finding and Child Welfare Director, the Child Family Team Meeting Facilitator will hold Child and Family Team Meetings to establish a strong permanency plan for clients.
*This position can be based out of one of our following offices: Ottawa, Aurora, Crystal Lake, Princeton, or Rockford.
