• Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with energy/infrastructure projects and a familiarity with the mechanics of development finance institutions (DFIs).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French is highly preferred for cross-border transactions.
• Soft Skills: Action-oriented mindset with the desire to take on significant deal responsibility early in your career.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of New York or District of Columbia (or eligible to waive in).
