Htprof is seeking an Associate to Counsel-level attorney for its Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice in New York or Washington, D.C. Hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will advise on complex project finance and infrastructure transactions across energy, natural resources, and private equity sectors, working with sponsors, lenders, and developers. Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record and active bar admission in NY or DC,

Qualificações

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, DC, in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive finance-related transactional experience.
• Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions preferred.
• Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings.
• Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and financing documentation.
• Support transactions across energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources, including renewables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters.
• Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing.

A leading international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking Associate to Counsel-level attorneys to join its Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice in New York or Washington, D.C. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly regarded, market-leading group that advises on some of the world’s most complex and high-profile project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive experiencein finance-related transactional work
• Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions strongly preferred
• Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings
• Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred
