BrightEdge's Agency Customer Success Manager role partners with leading digital marketing agencies to maximize BrightEdge value. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and success through strategic planning and quarterly reviews.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years in a digital marketing agency, account management, or customer success, with SaaS and SEO experience, and a track record of renewals and upsell. Strong communication and entrepreneurial drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 4–5+ years in a Digital Marketing Agency, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Experience with SaaS, digital marketing, and SEO is required.
• Proven ability to meet renewals and upsell quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create plans to execute customer goals using BrightEdge and manage accounts to deliver value.
• Identify risks, adoption levels, and collaborate with teams to ensure customer happiness.
• Prepare and execute quarterly customer success plans.
• Develop materials—presentations, roll-out plans, and proposals.
• Track and report on key customer success metrics.
