Job summary

GEICO seeks a highly motivated Manager, Agency Collateral to join our Independent Agent Sales team. You will own and manage collateral across products, ensure accuracy, legal review, and easy access for GEICO’s sales organization and IA partners.

In this role, you will audit collateral, organize assets, maintain storage platforms, plan new collateral with product and sales teams, and lead annual reviews. Remote with travel up to 5%; salary range $109,675–$172,200.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, sales or process management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Highly organized and able to move multiple complex projects forward independently.
• Experience with sales enablement, content management and project management technologies (SharePoint, Coda, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive all-product collateral audit and develop collateral plans.
• Organize and promote access to agent-facing collateral, videos, job aids, presentations, product guides, one-pagers, and engagement tools.
• Own the platform used to store, organize and version-control collateral.
• Identify needs from upcoming product updates and initiate new collateral planning.
• Lead annual IA Sales review process for collateral requests and updates; manage briefs and asset creation.
• Partner with events team to build Product FAQs and update collateral based on feedback.
