Qualifications

• Problem solving and analysis to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing for new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations in the Agency Management System.
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Research and resolve payment problems.
• Generate check requests and customer refunds.
• Process daily deposits.
• Complete monthly agency bill reconciliations with accounting and agencies.
