Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new multi-line insurance business, quote and bind policies.
• Provide customer service across multiple platforms and resolve conflicts.
• Support agent and service center staff as needed.
• Decide applicant insurability and placement for binding and processing applications.
• Ensure service center operations: reporting, documentation, mail distribution.
