Job summary

The City of Lincoln & Lancaster County seeks an Age-Friendly Lincoln Implementation Coordinator to support the Age-Friendly Lincoln Action Plan. Under the Director of Aging Partners, you will coordinate projects, engage community stakeholders, track progress, and help ensure strategies are implemented across departments and community organizations.

This temporary, grant-funded role is based at the Victory Park Aging Center and offers 20-25 hours per week with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in public administration, gerontology, or related field required.
• At least 1 year of program coordination or community engagement experience.
• Experience with aging populations or government/nonprofit initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks across program domains and track milestones.
• Schedule and document meetings; maintain project files.
• Support outreach, communication, and public information materials.
• Compile monthly status updates and reports.
