Job summary

Lincoln Healthcare Center, a CommuniCare Family of Companies facility, is seeking an Activities Leader for part-time weekend hours. You will work directly with residents to promote socialization, recreation, and overall well-being at Lincoln Healthcare Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience preferably with related software applications.
• Must be able to plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities.
• Basic computer literacy and skills.
• Must possess an active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized activity care and services for residents.
• Work with residents to encourage socialization and community involvement.
• Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of recreational activities.
