Job summary

PIPESTONE seeks a Ventilation & Filtration Specialist to lead ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities, designing, managing, and optimizing negative and positive pressure filtration systems that support sow farm biosecurity.

In this role you’ll collaborate with design teams, oversee filter lifespan and testing, monitor performance, conduct filtration audits, train on-farm staff, and advance our biosecurity strategy through system design and analysis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ventilation systems or related technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications.
• Oversee filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and identify efficiency improvements.
