PIPESTONE seeks a Ventilation & Filtration Specialist to lead ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities, designing, managing, and optimizing negative and positive pressure filtration systems that support sow farm biosecurity.

In this role you’ll collaborate with design teams, oversee filter lifespan and testing, monitor performance, conduct filtration audits, train on-farm staff, and advance our biosecurity strategy through system design and analysis.

We’re looking for a talented Ventilation & Filtration Specialist to help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems—critical components in sow farm biosecurity.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a central contributor in ensuring our ventilation and filtration systems operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction
• Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation
• Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements
• Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms
• Training and supporting on-farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks
• Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis
