Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills.
• Class A or B Driver’s License with a CDL obtained within 45 days of employment.

• Lead safety programs and deliver safety training to the company.
• Plan job details independently and operate pay loaders, skid‑steer loaders and sugar‑beet pilers safely.
• Create and manage work orders using the company’s computerized maintenance management system, estimating time and material requirements.
• Verify stock status on parts required for maintenance activities.
• Use troubleshooting and problem‑solving techniques to resolve equipment or process issues.
