Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Completion of a Mechanical Aptitude Test, a Basic Skills Test and a Welding test.
• Current DOT physical examination certification (DOT health card) with ability to recertify.
• Compliance with all DOT requirements, including random drug testing.
• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills.
• Class A or B Driver’s License with a CDL obtained within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper installation, modification and maintenance of all beet receiving facilities.
• Lead safety programs and deliver safety training.
• Plan job details independently and operate pay loaders safely.
• Create and manage work orders using the CMMS.
• Verify stock status on parts required for maintenance.
• Use troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
