This position also provides a leadership component in the Company’s safety programs and safety training.**Principle accountabilities include but are not limited to:*** Must be able to plan details of jobs without direct supervision.* Safely operates pay loader, skidsteer loader and sugarbeet piler.* Create Work orders using the Company’s computerized maintenance management system including estimating time and material requirements.* Verifies stock status on parts required in maintenance activities.* Uses troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques in resolving issues.**Job Requirements:*** High School diploma or a GED certificate is required.* Individuals are required to take a Mechanical Aptitude Test, a Basic Skills Test, and a Welding test to verify basic skills and knowledge.* A current and satisfactory DOT physical examination certification (DOT health card) is required. Must be able to recertify health card.
