Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit is looking for an Ag Lending Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Ag Relationship Managers. You will coach staff, strengthen technical expertise, and drive customer relationships while supporting growth and strong credit practices.

The role involves maintaining a customer portfolio, engaging in business development, and partnering with leadership to achieve regional sales objectives in a hybrid schedule across Butler, PA or Meadville, PA.
