Great Plains Kubota in Enid, OK is seeking a Sales Professional to generate sales of agricultural equipment, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will work with the sales team, service department, and staff to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Required are a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), proven sales experience in agriculture, and strong communication/negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in agricultural equipment or related industry.

• Identify and engage potential customers in person, via phone, and online.
• Promote and sell agricultural equipment, machinery, and related products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Prepare and present quotas, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts with sales administrators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
