Job summary

H2ajobs in South Dakota is seeking a farm laborer to set, operate and maintain farming equipment to cultivate and harvest crops. You will run tractors, grain carts and combines, perform general maintenance, and sanitize farm structures and equipment. A valid driver’s license within 30 days is required and lifting up to 100 lbs will be needed.

Housing, meals, and insured transportation to the work site are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming equipment operation is preferred.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience with tractors, grain carts, and combines is a plus.

SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQUIPMENT TO CULTIVATE AND HARVEST CROPS. RUN TRACTORS, GRAIN CARTS AND COMBINES. GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND SANITIZING OF FARM, STRUCTURES AND EQUIPMENT. ABILITY TO LIFT 100LBS REPEATEDLY. ABILITY TO OBTAIN DRIVERS LICENSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.

• Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
• Meals: EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE FREE COOKING FACILITIES AND A FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN.
• INSURED VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION WITH 4 PERSON CAPACITY, WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE WORKERS, FOR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE WORK SITE AND FOR ALL GROCERIES, BANKING AND PERSONAL ERRANDS.
