The YMCA of Greater Houston is hiring an Afterschool Site Lead in Houston, TX. Lead a licensed school-age enrichment program, ensuring safety, engagement, and licensing compliance on a daily basis.

You will coordinate operations, implement the YMCA curriculum, maintain records, and foster strong relationships with families, school partners, and staff. This is a part-time, on-site role with growth opportunities within youth development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 21 years of age and ability to obtain background checks.

Responsibilities

• As Afterschool Site Lead, supervise a licensed school-age enrichment program and ensure safety, engagement, and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate daily operations, implement YMCA curriculum, and build relationships with families and partners.
