The After School Teacher will supervise children, assist with homework, serve afternoon snacks, and lead fun activities that promote learning, creativity, and positive social interactions.

What You'll Do

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Assist children with homework and provide encouragement and academic support as needed.

Prepare and serve afternoon snacks while following food safety guidelines.

Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities.

Foster positive relationships with children through patience, respect, and encouragement.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

Communicate professionally with parents and team members regarding children's daily activities or concerns.

Follow all Chroma Early Learning policies and state childcare regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the program.

Requirements
